First Swiss Sportsman Kit (#7239) arrives!
To speed up the
process Alex was able to buy a Kit from an Austrian guy which decided it was
to much work. On the weekend of 19th to the 21st, 2009, he drove to Vienna
to collect all parts. On Monday custom duties were done and now that beauty
sits at the lake of Geneva to be built in the days to come! More pictures on

First European Sportsman (#7268) flies!
November 28th, 2008,
15:10 local time Andreas guided the first European Sportsman SE-XYJ from the
Runway of Barkaby into the Swedish sky! Just having his PPL for a bit
more then a year and already flying such a fine plane is quite a bit of
achievement. More pictures on the member page (or click link above).

Another Swiss Glastar flyes,
HB-YMQ airborne!
October 7th, 15:02
local time Walter behind the controls did see HB-YMQ lifting off for the
first time on the airfield of Schaffhausen ("Schmerlat") after 8 years of
building and some drawbacks due to equipment manufacturer Walter could get
his baby in the air and it flew like an eagle, typical Glastar. Nothing
unusal to report and after 38 Minutes Walter did taxi back, shutdown the
engine and you can see how he did feel on this picture!
